US Shipping (Mainland 48 States)
- $7.95 Standard Mainland Shipping is 2-6 business days
- We Pay Standard Shipping on US Mainland orders $50+
- $25 for 2-day Rush Shipping (2 business days) Order before 1pm ET for same day shipping)
- You will receive a tracking number email after your shipping label is created
- You will receive updated tracking information after the package is scanned by the carrier
- All cages and accessories are shipped securely in boxes

- $10.95-$25 weight-based shipping is 2-6 business days

Raising Supply Returns
Defective Returns for Raising Supplies
- If an item is defective, including rips/tears/cracks/breaks or zipper problems you have 60 days to report it from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted after this 60 day window.
- Please send a clear photo of any product damage (and Shipping Box photo 📦 if shipping caused the damage) to the email address below so that we can forward it to the manufacturer or carrier
- If you are instructed to return the item, please include the return packing slip so we can process your order faster. You will be emailed a shipping label you can print.

Non-Defective Returns
- Used raising supplies are not eligible for returns
- If raising supplies are not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs + $2 fulfillment center restocking fee
- Please include packing slip with name/order # to avoid processing delays.
- Buyer will be emailed a shipping label they can print for the return
- Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the purchase date.
- An alternative to returning a non-defective butterfly cage would be to see if friends, family, or a neighbor might be interested in buying it, or donate it to a local school to share the love of butterflies with the next generation of monarch enthusiasts.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 days after the item is received.
- If the item is damaged upon return, no refund will be given.
