Raising Supplies Shipping

US Shipping

Carrier shipping delays may occur due to the covid-19 pandemic, and delivery times can be 7-10 days...we will keep you updated as this changes:    

  • $7.95 Priority Flat Rate Shipping is 2-6 business days
  • We Pay Priority Shipping on all US orders $50.00+ (total excludes digital guides and digital gift cards)
  • You will receive a tracking number email after your shipping label is created
  • You will receive updated tracking information after the package is scanned by the carrier
  • All cages and accessories are shipped securely


Canada Shipping (we are not currently shipping to Canada)

  • $12.99 Priority Flat Rate Shipping is 4-14 business days
  • Converts to show CAD prices (but you will still pay in USD)
  • You will receive a tracking number after your shipping label is scanned.
  • All cages and accessories are shipped securely

International Shipping (we are not currently shipping internationally)

  • We also ship to Australia & New Zealand
  • $17.99 Priority Flat Rate Shipping is 6-14 business days
  • Converts to show price in your currency (but you will still pay in USD)
  • You will receive a tracking number after I create your shipping label
  • All cages are shipped securely


Raising Supply Returns

Defective Returns for Raising Supplies

  • If an item is defective, including rips/tears/cracks/breaks or zipper problems you have 60 days to report it from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Returns are not accepted after this 60 day window.
  • Please send a clear photo of any product damage to the email address below so that we can forward it to the manufacturer
  • If you are instructed to return the item, please include the return packing slip so we can process your order faster. You will be emailed a shipping label you can print.

Non-Defective Returns

  • Used raising supplies are not eligible for returns 
  • If raising supplies are not defective, the buyer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs: $7.95 + Return Shipping Cost + 1.25 restocking fee
  • Please include packing slip with name/order # to avoid processing delays. 
  • Buyer will be emailed a shipping label they can print for the return
  • Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the purchase date.
  • An alternative to returning a non-defective butterfly cage would be to see if friends, family, or a neighbor might be interested in buying it, or donate it to a local school to share the love of butterflies with the next generation of monarch enthusiasts.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days after the item is received. 
  • If the item is damaged upon return, no refund will be given.
